If we were allowed to give partial stars, I would rate them a 2.3. They seemed nice and proposed a decent price, and I was ready to hire them. However, the guy kept rescheduling a final measurement with me for "personal reasons." While I can understand this happening once, it happened several times and I had been changing my own schedule to accommodate them. Sorry guys, but I'm not going to do business with someone who wastes my time on multiple occasions.
Rick was personable and professional. I needed two pieces of laminate glass for an old exterior door. Cut perfectly to size so install was quick and easy. Highly recommend.
We have purchased windows and installation services from Matt's Glass on several occasions over the years. Most recently, we purchased a replacement to the picture window in our kitchen. The old window had become cloudy. Matt's delivered a new picture window and reduced the price by $100 because it was easier than they expected. (This was NOT expected!)
