Almost day 11 without my car.... It needs to be towed to NYC...please avoid this place at all cost if you need a fast tow.... Unbelievable they don't care about the customer
ABSOLUTELY 100% do NOT recommend this company! Claims they are a local and long distance tow company but then refused to tow my equipment home! Claimed they had an on site mobile welder then when I got back to the shop there was no on available! Not only the people but the whole operation seems very sketchy and suspicious from the beginning!!! Thank god I had the common sense to call another company! DO NOT GO TO! Let me say this I think this is the first written review I have ever done in my life for a business if that’s what you want to call this place. If you are reading this, this is your sign not to go here. If your car is here, get it immediately. I wanted my car towed to New Jersey for minor brake issues by AAA and they had these guys come out. I thought it was going straight to NJ but I was mistaken when I found out the next day that it wasn’t in NJ and it was taken to their shop instead to store. Hey no problem ... read more
