We lost our house in the recent Southern California Thomas fire and received two beautiful bikes from dear friends, which were also but at this bike store. My husband tried to return the bike he had just bought for me as a Christmas gift there that had never even left the store, but they did not want to give us a refund. But instead They did end up charging us a 25% restocking fee and labor for putting the basket on. I went into matts cycling center for a mountain bike and ended up getting a Giants mountain bike. The customer service made my first experience awesome and I got my bike for a great price! The owners name is Steve and he was very knowledgeable about bicycles making it easy and fast to find the best bike for me and even ended up getting one for my gf!
