He sold me a mattress and after 2 weeks the mattress formed a gully in the middle of it. And it started to fall apart. I asked for a refund and was told no only store credit. No where in his store does it say no refunds. I DO NOT recommend this store. He told me he's returning it to the manufacturer to get a credit on his account. So he gets his money back and I am not. How is that right. And only after 2 weeks.
This man told my friend who is pregnant with a very bad mattress that he would donate , she wrote him multiple times with no reply finally he said he sold it when he owns a mattress store. She turned down a mattress that someone was throwing out but she didnt take because he said he would donate on Thursday now its Thursday and he said he sold it. Disgraceful.
