Excellent product and service! Stan provided a lot of information and we were able to get the best mattress we have ever slept on. My husband had back and neck pains for years, and since getting this mattress, they are gone. We bought the Marshall Georgian mattress. Unbelievable craftsmanship. Stan is able to get the Marshall mattresses directly from Marshall, as opposed to the other retailers, who resell them under their own brand, with cheaper finishes and fabrics. Lacking in customer service! I like my mattress and box spring but only one man delivered it (and he was the owner) so the only way it could get into my home was I had to do a lot of lifting with him, being a queen size, exhausting! It is unacceptable to expect an elderly customer to do this. Also there were a couple of rips in the box spring but I was told it must have happened when it was brought into my home, not possible! It would be difficult to describe our purchase of a Temperpedic from Mattresses of Muskoka as anything less than a complete disaster. Without getting into nitty gritty details they: * Gave us a different mattress than the mattress we purchased * Placed that mattress in the mattress cover of the mattress we *did* purchase (see what they did there?
