I purchased a firm queen size , sue was amazing through the whole process I initially put it on laybuy however due to a family tradgic accident in feb I totally forgot about it and ended up calling explaining my situation and she still allowed me to keep it on laybuy for a few more weeks and then paid the remainder the day of delivery , service and communication could not have been better however since receiving my mattress my husband has had to sleep in our daughters bed as the mattress is too hard for him and he gets sore ... read more
