After unfortunately buying a bedroom set for our son from rooms to go, we came to mattresses for less to find a better full size mattress. Michael was extremely helpful, and suggested a better mattress for less than the one we bought from rooms to go. I bought a bed in early afternoon and was promised same day delivery. Didn't get call from driver till 9:07 pm. I was told that delivery would be at 10 am the next day. They finally showed up at 1 pm. The scheduler was snotty and unfriendly when we kept calling to get info. The owner Greg Taylor called me a liar and hung on me because he didn't like my attitude. We went in looking for a bedroom set. We were sold a set, or we thought so, by a gentleman by the name of John. He lied to us. We asked over and over, if the cost included the whole set. I even touch each piece with my hand and he stated YES on each one. We get the delivery and it is not complete.
