We drove all the way from Gastonia 53 minutes and it is closed it says it is open on google maps this please need better management don’t waste your time

I can't say enough good things. I have been trying to get an adjustable base bed frame for 2 months with multiple online vendors messing up my orders. I really wanted a Smart Flex and luckily came across Mattress World in Facebook Marketplace. I messaged him Sunday. He replied back immediately. Called me Monday morning and had my base delivered and setup (on the 3rd floor of my townhome) by 6pm. These guys are incredible, fast and carry the best adjustable base brand no one has heard of - Smart Flex!
The owners are very nice people. However, the furniture isnt lasting more than a few years. We purchase 2 mattresses, a kitchen table set and sofas. One of my mattresses is completely unusable. It's our spare mattresses so it's not used everyday. It has material coming out of the sides like it's bulging. My sofa is comfortable but they stopped opening and reclining.
I'm so happy I finally found me a mattress I love!! Shawn was so easy to work with and had a great selection! So glad I found you!
