I was greeted time I walked in by Allison and she was very helpful and professional. I was there to purchase a box spring and she was just so attentive that I purchased a mattress and an adjustable base. Thank you for being patient and answering all of my questions.

We would absolutely recommend Tiffany who works in the North Wilmington location. She was extremely helpful and professional. We originally had a Warranty Issue with our original Twin XL mattresses and she personally took ownership of our dilemma and worked with us as our advocate, throughout the entire process. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly. Then, when we went to pick out new mattresses, she spent a lot of time with both my wife and me to ensure that we were completely satisfied. Nice no pressure sale. And a great price. I would buy from here again. Ask for John. Great guy. Update October 3, John May be a great guy, however, the mattress sucks. The pillow top on it, after 3 months, has collapsed, and the mattress provides no support. Get what you pay for. The old adage still applies. Update March 2019 —They did end up taking that mattress back under their no hassle return policy. I picked out another, much firmer mattress and really do like it after 5 mos. I give ‘em 3 stars, now.
