Kerry & Susan are outstanding in their customer service. No pressure sales, amazing selection at great prices. I shopped down the street at the other mattress store which was dingy and def. more expensive, though the sales person kept saying they would save me money but I had to buy today. This is the only place that I came to get a mattress that has a machine to get your comfort level. I can't wait to sleep on my new mattress on Wednesday night. Thank you DJ for find the right mattress for us. DJ was very nice and knowledgeable.
Salesperson screamed at me over the phone, then contacted my private employer and tried to make a complaint against me. She failed to ever mention her job position or any of the reasoning behind her complaint. She was investigated and fired. I was originally told that a refund would be issued due to the hassle, but the company took back that offer once she was terminated. They are liars, and will not treat you with respect. Go to Mattress Firm instead.
Joe Berkowitz was very helpful with my purchase! He explained why I might prefer specific mattress characteristics so that I could focus on what was comfortable, and we found a mattress that was tailored to my particular sleep. He helped me focus on the comfort and not the price because “you sleep on the mattress, not on the price.” Treated me like a close friend or family member! Thank you.
Our delivery experience was spot on. We received 3 phone calls regarding delivery (the night before to indicate what time delivery would be the next day, a call the morning of delivery confirming our window of delivery and then 30 minutes prior to arrival.) Delivery guys were professionals. They removed their shoes (it was snowy outside), worked quickly to carry items up stairs, set up bed in a few minutes. They made sure we were satisfied prior to their leaving. Great job all around.

We purchased a split king adjustable bed set from Sabo this past week. What a great guy! From start to finish he made this process so easy. He never pressured us and was very personable and knowlegable about all of the products in the store. Communication was great! He contacted us with delivery information and checked to make sure we had received a call from the delivery company with our delivery schedule.
