7/11/2025 At first, Phil Howell was very helpful. But the day of our Mattress delivery, his tune completely changed. He gave us misinformation, and when we confronted him with it, he told us that he never said what he said to us and that we were trying to twist his words. I would never go to Mattress warehouse again for a mattress and I would stay clear from Phil Howell.He gave me severe attitude on the phone which was rather shocking since at first he was so nice and he made it clear that he wasn’t willing to help us. I heard the way Phil was speaking to my mom and I am stunned! I get there was some form of miscommunication but the way he was explaining things was actually horrific. He was literally insinuating my mom was stealing over a mattress. He could have easily explained whatever the situation was kindly and with care. STAY CLEAR OF THIS STORE!!!! PHIL IS A MONSTER
