I have a very positive feeling toward this store…I had been to several mattress stores and did not find the kind of information that I needed to choose a mattress. Carlos answered my questions, gave me several options to try and imparted other aspects that I hadn’t thought of, like regarding health & potential insurance assistance. I highly recommend this store. It was a great experience and I love the bed!
Sales man was amazing
Great store and awesome sales person! IHighly Recommend!
The sales representative was very patient and courteous. I felt relaxed and comfortable. I did not feel judged when asking about pricing and she did not hover while I took my time making my choice. She took her time to explain about the warranty as well. Thank you so much! I appreciate the assistance when making this choice of an investment into my future.
Carlos provided excellent customer service and was extremely knowledgeable about the different mattresses and options.
