From the minute my husband and I entered the store Terese greeted us with a pleasant smile and a May I help you? She represents your business beautifully. We did a diagnostic, then proceeded to try mattresses. We decided on the one we wanted. Terese took care of the final paperwork . Easy, peasy....we left with big smiles on our faces and a sweet goodbye from Terese.
Terese is a rock star. Knowledgeable, warm and professional! - UPDATE - A year later and Terese came through again. I needed another mattress and she provided incredible service.
Great showroom, Jesse was attentive showed me what I wanted and didn't bs around. We worked out at deal within 20 minutes of me walking in. He was straightforward about everything. Highly recommend going there when he's working.
