Loved our whole experience. Daren was so nice and respectful to our special needs kiddo. He was patient with us and knew his stuff. Couldn’t say more about our mattress buying experience.
We decided to upgrade to a king mattress and stick with the tempurpedic brand. Darren was very knowledgeable and helpful guiding us to find the right fit to match our current queen feel (long since discontinued). We got everything we needed and the whole process was painless. Thanks again!!
Employee seemed stuckup like he was too good. Came in there looking for a twin mattress and figured he would point to somewhere on the open floor but instead we go to the back of the store and leaning against the wall against other mattresses he points to the twin. That twin wasn't wrapped up and I felt like I was buying a used mattress for 300 bucks na I'm good. If you don't want bed bugs I wouldn't buy dirty unprotected bed from here.
Store manager Darren was very helpful presenting us with mattress options that fit our budget and preferences. He was very patient while we considered options and we left happy with the deal we got. Their delivery service was smooth and the mattress delivered felt the same as the one we demo'd in store. We are very happy with our experience!
