I called the store and spoke with Andrea, looking for a particular mattress but the store didn't have that one. Andrea invited me to come in later that day when I was able to and she would try to find something comparable in my price range. Andrea did just that, and had a selection picked out to show me when I arrived. With Andrea's assistance, I found an even better mattress for a little less than the one I had originally called about. Mattress Warehouse in Roanoke Rapids has such excellent customer service and quality mattresses to fit everyone's needs! The Bed Match system they have is pretty neat, and tells you essentially what your body needs. Andrea helped us out a ton! She answered any questions we had and was patient as we took our time going from mattress to mattress. Make sure you ask for her :)
