My dad and I came in to look for a mattress for myself since I am moving out. Neil was there to help us out, and he was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He ran a special test and helped me find the best mattress for my needs, plus he helped me find a great new pillow, mattress protector, etc. and the whole experience was excellent. He obviously cares about helping the customer find the best fit for them.
