He was friendly, low pressure and because I have some physical issues and need a good mattress he was able To help us find what we needed. We will come Back again and again!!! Go see Jim! Went in to get what I thought was what I needed - basic box springs; then I met Jim. Lucky I did because that man knows all about beds- mattresses; support fames; everything. He was so friendly & knowledgeable. He took the time to really listen to me and explained options I didn’t know existed. In the end I avoided repeating my prior mistakes and even saved money! What is usually a chore and a big pain was actually a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend Jim & would give him 10 stars ⭐️!
