We bought a mattress and box springs from this store a little over two weeks ago. The low profile box springs did not work with our bed frame. We have been calling daily trying to figure out how to return them, and have been getting run around in circles. This store continues to tell us conflicting information, does not call us back when they said they would, and has belittled us saying it is our fault and points the finger back at us.
