I was super impressed by Roxanne. I came in with a challenge: a twin size of a mattress i bought years ago. Although they no longer make that mattress, Roxanne knew it well & showed me two great alternatives. I loved them both. When we started talking pricing, she showed me a few more that would be more within my budget. But they just weren't the same, so Roxanne went above & beyond to get me a great deal. I'm so excited & i couldn't be happier. I had such a great experience with her & am really looking forward to my new bed
