Had a very pleasant shopping experience at Mattress Warehouse of Paoli. Carelyn (the sales manager) made me feel comfortable throughout the entire time with zero sales pressure. Just listening carefully to my needs, showing me options, and then guiding me toward the best decision based on my feedback. Carelyn also went through the checkout process efficiently and explained the pickup/delivery options in easy-to-understand terms. Highly recommend!

This is the only place ill go to for bedwear. Caralyn took really good care of me when i needed a box spring for my bed. So i came back for some bed covers and if i need a bed in the future mattress warehouse is where im going if caralyn working there.
After 12 years, we knew we needed to replace our mattress and we knew exactly what we wanted. We spent 75 minutes listening to a retired pediatric nurse talk more about her career then about our specific needs for a mattress and she sold us something that was discontinued and not something that we wanted.
