Rob was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. I had been frustrated and overwhelmed looking online for frames or platforms for a new mattress, so I went in to see what they offered and to get suggestions. He showed me what they had. After discussing back issues, he had me try an adjustable base. I had no idea that was even an option within my budget. So glad I stopped by!
I had an excellent experience! Frank took the time to listen to what I need and genuinely teach me about how different mattresses might work for me. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and I was ultimately very happy with my mattress and the final price!
