Adam was outstanding! Extremely knowledgeable, thoroughly answered our questions and provided many options to fit our specific sleep profile. He gave us time to try each brand, there was no pressure and helped us decide on the best option for us. He was kind, genuine and made us feel like we’ve known him for years. Store has a great selection of mattresses. Highly recommend Adam if you are in need of a new mattress.
Hank did a phenomenal job with us & went the extra mile when there were potential delivery issues. He was knowledgeable & professional with no pressure at all. The ONLY negative would be that you MUST purchase a mattress cover from them for your extended warranty to be valid. Those covers are extremely overpriced & it almost seems like blackmail to me.....but we caved in. Overall I'm very happy with Hank & our purchase. The required extra purchase to get the warranty they proclaim to provide seems very used car dealer to me.... read more
