Jamie was very helpful in my mattress selection. His explanations of the buying and delivery process were spot on.
On 8/12/25 Jamie Brennen salesman sold me my 2nd king Tempur-Pedic bed within 3 weeks. He is awesome to deal with. Great personality & very knowledgeable.
So many options to choose from. We tried a pressure test for mattress and pillows for maybe 3 minutes. Hank was knowledgeable and patient with us , showed us the mattresses that would work best for both of us. Answered all the questions we had. In order to keep the peace at home , we need more time to discuss the options. However, we were able to buy the guest room mattress quickly and had it delivered in 2 days. Hank was very easy to work with and very down to earth. It was smooth easy decision and transaction!
Adam was great! No upselling. I told him my upper limit was a thousand dollars and I wanted extra firm or firm. He showed me two extra firms that were a bit over a thousand. He said I would probably like this firm that he had for $699. I tried it and it was perfect. The price included delivery and installation. I asked about take away and that was a $25 fee. He checked and had ones in stock and I said "Sold!" I had been to another mattress company with not as great a selection. They must have had at least 50 to 60 mattresses... read more
