Editing this review due to the frustrating delivery process. Jeremy was a great help in finding the right mattress. No stress and not pushing product. The issue is with their delivery. We purchased the bed a week ago and were told it would be one week to receive it in, with a delivery date on Saturday. We were told we would be contacted the night before. We were not contacted. We had to call the store the night before at 7:30 pm and were told we'd be called by 9 pm. We checked our spam logs and voicemails to confirm we didn'... read more

I am very pleased with the salesman, Jeremy S., at the new Mattress Warehouse in Lenoir NC. He worked with me for over an hour to make sure my needs were being met. I currently have difficulty with my back. Jeremy made sure that the mattress I was purchasing specifically dealt with my back issues. In today's era, customer service is not as a high priority as it once was. Jeremy is "old school" and treats everyone with the "treat people the way he would want to be treated himself" ideology. Great Experience!!
