My family was on the look for a mattress last weekend. after ours of 2 years was ruined by a pipe bursting. Joanne helped us and when there was a delay in receiving ours last night. she was amazing went above and beyond to ensure we receive our mattress this coming Tuesday. Very impressed with her customer service. Joanne is our mattress lady for future purchases.
I had to do a comfort exchange and spoke with Joanne. She went over and above to explain the process which we did not get when we bought the initial one. Beware, in order to do comfort exchange, you have to buy THEIR mattress protector in order to do it. It is on the paperwork but was not discussed on initial purchase. I had bought 2 before buying because I knew we definitely were buying a new mattress. In order to do the exchange, we had to buy one. Joanne was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was a great help!!
