He even insisted he read what I wrote. I will say he was very patient with trying to sell me a mattress but very condescending to my mother every time she asked a question. We needed a bunkie board for a bed we just put together. Marc knew exactly what we wanted and had it in stock so we could pick it up the same day. Great customer service and very nice to work with. I would recommend Marc and Mattress Warehouse's Lancaster store.
