Had a good experience in the store when we bought the mattress. But dealing with mattress warehouse since has been so frustrating. They delivered the wrong size mattress. We have been trying to get the correct mattress for a couple weeks now. They told us we would have it this past weekend and then rescheduled again. WHEN ARE WE GETTING OUR MATTRESS?! They also offered a small discount after the initial mistake which we are still waiting for! Honestly, not enough of a discount for this headache.
