Terry Sain store manager was very knowledgeable on the product we bought! He took the time to show us all features of the product and made us feel right at home! The 2 delivery guys were the greatest too!
I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and like it, but the delivery and set up crew scratched my hardwood floors throughout my house as they slid the mattress from the entry of the home to the bedroom on the other side of the home. I then returned a month later to purchase a pillow. I paid for the pillow that was promised to arrive at my house no later than 4 days later. After 2 weeks, I still have not received the pillow. Condescending and disrespectful staff, just go to the original mattress factory down the road, they have better pricing and services anyways
