I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and like it, but the delivery and set up crew scratched my hardwood floors throughout my house as they slid the mattress from the entry of the home to the bedroom on the other side of the home. I then returned a month later to purchase a pillow. I paid for the pillow that was promised to arrive at my house no later than 4 days later. After 2 weeks, I still have not received the pillow. Condescending and disrespectful staff, just go to the original mattress factory down the road, they have better pricing and services anyways

Terry was our salesman and he was great. With having severe back issues, he was very patient as he suggested different mattresses to try. He was very knowledgeable and knew the specifics of every mattress and base he showed us. We went in just looking and left with a split king Tempur-Pedic bed. I can now set a position to sleep that doesn’t cause pain. Thank you so much Terry for helping us select the perfect bed. I would highly recommend to visit if you are shopping for a new bed.
