I made a 1500 dollar purchase and was offered free delivery. I received my mattress and box spring with no frame. I called back and Michael told me he could have someone bring it out or I could come pick it up. I asked him if he could have it bought back out. He began to try and convince me how to put it in my car. I asked him to put it in his. I waited almost 3 weeks and called back and he stated it was nothing he could do. These people are insane. They told me that their competitiors have bedbugs and that I should buy from them. Naturally, I bothered to check and found out that they are full of ****. Never buy from these people. If they blatantly lie about their competition and bother to bash them, then it speaks a lot about their character. Oh, and I found a cheaper price elsewhere.

I bought a mattress from them in 2005 with a10 year warranty. Beaityrest has a pillow top but you cant flip the matress. My matress has worn with a sink hole where we sleep. That is the only problem with the pillow top mattress
Finally decided to replace my awful sagging mattress. I had a really great experience much to my surprised. The salesman, adrian, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a simmons beautyrest and after 3 weeks I still love it.
We were in the Salisbury MD store last week and we were helped by a gentleman by the name of Jason Perkowski. My son is going to Salisbury University and we were in there looking for a mattress. I just wanted to send an email saying THANK YOU! It is a pleasure to have an enjoyable experience in the retail world, I thought that was impossible in todays world.
