We went in and were greeted by WC, an amazing guy if you've never met him. He's gave us his undivided attention, we went in for a new bed for my daughter and walked out with a new bed for her and for my wife and I. Delivery, set up, everything was handled perfectly. Very well done!
I'd have to say this is by far the best place to look for a mattress if you're indecisive or genuinely don't know what to look for in a mattress. The staff has phenomenal customer service.
