Had a fantastic experience at this store! Christina was great and answered all questions and was not pushy like EVERYONE in other stores we visited. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
We walked into Mattress Warehouse today to ideas for a new mattress, but Brandan introduced us to their machine that helps you identify the mattress type that is best for you. Based upon the results of this evaluation, Brandan showed us our best potential options. He was very helpful and provided us with helpful information. This resulted in some changes in our purchasing plans and made us much more confident of our decision. We walked away after buying a split king mattresses and adjustable bases.
Wonderful experience! Had a warranty issue that was taken care of promptly and easily. Our salesperson, Christine was exceptional in her knowledge and patience. Highly recommend!
