This company is the beding equivalent of a slimey used car lot! As soon as I recieved my new headboard for our bed, It was the wrong size. I called our salesperson Rose, and she said, "Well that's not our fault and we can't take it back!" The headboard was brand new but the wrong size. Once they have your money......you can forget about any customer service or return policy. I am checking State Law at this time as there are stipulations for returns that have to be honored.
