My family had a phenomenal customer service experience with JT! It was our first time buying a mattress on our own. He gave us several payment options in the event that we couldn’t pay in full. He was really knowledgeable and gave us a non-generic answer to all of our questions or concerns. He made sure we found a mattress we truly enjoyed and fit our needs. We didn’t feel hassled to buy more than what we wanted, or like we weren’t getting a product worth less than the price.
