Sales and delivery were good. However the mattress has an odor to it that I'm allergic to. The lower rating is because I have a mild headache just from being in the house with the mattress and it's taken several days for customer service to call me back.
We highly recommend this MW location near Costco in Fairfax. Natalia and Dawood provided exceptional service and took very good care of our needs. 5 Stars all the way!!
