Nancy was absolutely wonderful helping us pick out a better bed than was sold to us at a different location. She listened to our complaints and instantly knew where the other salesman went wrong. Thankfully we purchased the mattress protector originally that allowed for the exchange. My takeaways, listen to Nancy and always by the fancy mattress protector thats reccomend and you cant go wrong!
