Pat is awesome! After the bed diagnosis was performed he matched me with the perfect bed and cooling accessories. Update-June 2026: Tried out the mattress for 30+days and it wasn't a good fit. Returned to inquire about the Coverage protection and Amanda was patient and determined to make sure I was satisfied. I left with a plan to return later in the week, but 10 mins after leaving Amanda called me back with solution. Hope to have the new bed delivered soon.
We had the opportunity to work with Amanda while shopping for a new mattress. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped navigate us through the daunting process of finding the right mattress for my wife and I. Would highly recommend you ask for Amanda if you visit this location.
