Ramona Garrett, who is the store salesperson who assisted me this morning when I visited the store, was courteous, informative, knowledgeable and professional. After letting her know what I was looking for in a mattress, she showed me several that I really liked and were in the budget that I was hoping for. I purchased it, she helped me load it into my vehicle, and I drove away a very happy customer. I highly recommend this company, and especially the salesperson, Ramona. Thank you so much. This place is awesome!!! Been coming to this location for a while and decided to finally review it under Larry's recommendation. The few times I've been here, I have met both Larry and Ramona, and both are great help. I always seem to find what I need, and always at a reasonable price. You will always find whatever you need. If not there in stock at the moment, they will ship directly to your house. Overall great place and great atmosphere, 101/100
We expected Mattress Warehouse in Dunkirk to have high-quality mattresses at reasonable prices and they did. What we didn't anticipate was how much we'd enjoy the visit. Ramona was knowledgeable, professional and courteous -- a true pleasure to do business with and I look forward to working with her again.
