I recently wrote a [negative] review of this store. Subsequently, Johnathan, the Salesperson, returned to work and, with the FULL support of his management, were able to straighten out the problem in short order. I greatly appreciate their help, and I'm now a VERY happy customer. If you're mattress shopping I would go out of my way to engage Johnathan. Everybody says they stand behind their product, up until you pay! These guys really excelled at Customer Satisfaction in the end!
Lamar was great!!! Very smooth and easy to work with. Never bought a comfortable mattress this fast. He didn't rush us and let us try several mattress. Ask for Lamar and you will see what I mean.
They sell defective merchandise then will charge you 73.00 to pick it up. Never will I deal with this place again.
