His guidance made the process easy and stress-free, and I’m thrilled with the bed I ended up choosing. Outstanding customer service!!!!!!
We had such a great experience working with Marshall! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Marshall was especially kind and understanding with our kids, which made the whole process so much easier and more enjoyable. He truly devoted a lot of time to us, and we never felt rushed or pressured. We’re very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service!
My wife and I visited the store in Concord, NC today and was assisted by the most attentive store associate Hunter - he was so knowledgeable and had a great customer service demeanor. He was so nice we had to buy our mattress there instead of comparing with other competitors. I recommend others visit the store and ask for him.
