Tom was very helpful and recommended nice mattresses that were comfortable and all worked for me. I found a suitable mattress that fit my size and weight, and he even recommended a nice pillow for side sleeping that I can come back for. Very nice and welcoming service!
We're satisfied with the mattress itself. It's comfortable, good quality, and we have no complaints there. However, one of the main reasons we chose this company was the mattress removal service. When our old mattress was ready for pickup, we were told it couldn't be removed because it had a stain. Just be aware if you are expecting your old mattress to be removed and if it has any stain (like old mattresses sometimes do) you will have to arrange disposal yourself.
