I was talked into utilizing their credit card for the purchase. I specifically asked the question and was told no fees, no interest. However, when I received the bill there was a $86 charge for obtaining the card. This was very deceptive and I will never buy from Mattress Warehouse again. They should feel ashamed to deceive customers!
Our experience with the sale and salesmen was top notch. Our issue was with the delivery. We were supposed to be contacted the night before the delivery with an eta. That did not happen. We hoped to get a call then before actual delivery so we could prepare and clean the space That also did not happen. They show up while I am napping, while nothing is ready (remember, no call). Stay Away !!! Run far away - Zero care for there customers - When i received my mattress i noticed the dimensions where not as advertised - Completely different then online description - i called multiple times they refuse to help !! i have no choice but to file suit
