Karen at Mattress Warehouse in Seneca at the Hartwell Village shopping center was fantastic! She listened to what I needed from a mattress and my budgetary concerns and pointed me in the direction of the best fit for me. She worked tirelessly to get me the best deal possible on a quality mattress and hopefully some quality sleep. I would definitely recommend Karen and her customer service to all my family and friends.
Any time you enter a business with a commission based sales model, you take a risk. Personally, I feel like the "used car salesman" mentality is almost a guarantee. Richard W was very helpful, first on the phone, and then in person. He explained our options efficiently; we purchased and are considering purchasing again for a different room.
