Richard was helpful, patient, and kind. I’ve been in need of a new mattress for a while, and he helped clarify exactly what I needed.
Richard provided efficient, professional service. He really heard what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. He also gave me a range of choices along the lines of what I wanted to purchase. He was pleasant, friendly and had good social boundaries. He didn’t attempt to upsell, either, which was refreshing not to have to deal with. Thank you, Richard, for an excellent shopping experience!
Karen was amazing! Very quick and did not pressure. Perfect sale.
Karen was wonderful!
Nicest showroom in area! Clean, neat and organized. Friendly staff who care more about your budget and needs than selling you an expensive mattress. They have what they call BedMatch to scientifically match you to the right mattress for you! And daily discounts including first deal of the day, students, seniors and military-
