The delivery experience was absolutely horrific. They do not tell you until the night before when they’re going to deliver it and then they only give you a very short window of time. There is no option to change the delivery time at all. I have to go into the office every day and I live alone and they deliver the mattress during the one hour period that I told them I was not available.
