It started off well. The sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased a Kingsdown Crestbrook - Firm. In the store the mattress was perfect. Very comfortable. We were asked to purchase a mattress cover for $70 that was tissue paper thin and I would never use. I declined because I had my own which was a much better quality. I was told that if I wanted to exchange the mattress for some reason that I would not be able to do so without buying the protector. Again, I declined. I have never returned a mattress. I was in a hurry to get a box spring and Reese Stoffo advised me about my options as well as whether or not I should get a ow or high profile box mattress. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend him for mattress choices
