Both TJ and Serge were very helpful and informative. I came in and expressed my concerns of my previous mattress and what my preference was. He listened and did not rush me to make a decision on what mattress I wanted. I would recommend this store to anyone because they provide outstanding customer service.
Great experience with TJ over at mattress Warehouse. Was honest and went through a bunch of options and ultimately found us the best mattress which actually ended up being the cheapest one he showed which is the opposite of how you’d expect a salesman to be. We had gone over to Mattress Firm beforehand and felt that we were only being showed the higher priced models. Happy we did not go with that and kept shopping!
TJ was extremely helpful to my husband and I with replacing our mattress for our master bedroom. We selected the best match for us with his guidance and got a great deal. He was very personable and we will definitely be back for any future needs. Thank you TJ for your patience and support in our selection. The Joneses
