An absolute pleasure when it comes to mattress shopping. Come in to see Alberto, he will make the shopping experience simple and easy, no high pressure sales just lots makes it easy. Alberto is extremely knowledgeable and is a great source of information. I highly recommended this location you will not be disappointed, Alberto works Mondays to Wednesday and the weekends.
July 15, 2025 Update: Returned to Mattress Warehouse of Alexandria, King Street in May 2025. Product Delivery without a hitch in July 2025!! "Without a Hitch" is the Key. Customer Service Experience was Excellent! Although the original Sales Representative I worked with 5 years ago was no longer there, the new Representative looked up my Purchase and gladly responded to my request.
