Could not be more pleased! Michelle Teter took my order on a busy memorial weekend :) helped me pick out a extra soft bed! Upon delivery I was unable to be home my parents was there I returned home 4 days after delivery to find out it was the wrong bed :( talk about sad after 4 days in a icu chair! The next morning I went into the store where I explained and showed her a picture she remembered me and also knew it was wrong!
