Should be zero stars...company does not honor the 10 year non-prorated warranty. Was told by the mattress manufacturer that IF they honored the warranty I would have to drive the mattress to Orlando so they could fix it. IF they honor due to one small stain on the corner of the mattress, their warranty states stains (plural) not stain. WTF! No where in the warranty does it state that I have to drive to Orlando. Then I was told that since I didn't purchase a mattress protector from them it voided my warranty. Again, WTF, no w... read more
Great customer service and the best prices in town. My wife and I shopped numerous places around town and this was by far the best in pricing and quality..they even have a comfort guarantee which put us at ease about our purchase
