I was visiting my son last week and decided to buy a new mattress to save my back. I stopped in this store and was immediately greeted by Max. He was professional, understood what I was looking for and knew his stuff. I highly recommend this store and that you ask for Max.

Karen and everyone who worked last night were so helpful. Karen showed us around the beds that we were matched to my husband and I while we took two hours to shop. They even accommodated our little one with a fun in store toy and treated her with such kindness while we tried out all the beds. They are such a great team and deserve lots of appreciation. They make the MW brand shine.

Came in looking for a extra firm mattress and John was very patient and professional as he helped me pick out the perfect one. In the end I bought the one that he recommended and he rang me up very efficiently while making sure I got all the information I needed for the delivery. Gary the manager was even nice enough to throw in some extras with my purchase! All in all, a very fast and comfortable experience at Mattress Warehouse :)
