From the moment I walked through the door Basem was on his job with excellent service. I had told him exactly what I was looking for as I had been mattress some for some time. We did the computer sleep test.. then proceeded to test out the different mattresses. Throughout the process I never once felt pressured. He was very helpful and easy going..
