We were very impressed with the customer service at Mattress USA. Mona Lisa was very knowledgeable about all the bedding they have to offer. She answers all the questions my husband had and that’s a lot because he is in sales. We went with the PACIFIC PALISADES PHOENIX LUX FIRM KING Mattress BY AIRLOOM. They delivered it and took my old one out of my way. It is plush pillow top feel but firm enough for good support. I absolutely love it!!! This place is the BEST! There is no pressure in any regard. Andrew is the salesman I worked with and he was exceptionally knowledgeable and super easy to talk to. He and the rest of the family there are interested in getting you the best bed for your budget! 15/10 would buy here again.
