Very pleasant experience! I've been to several mattress stores and they are all so pushy and act desperate to sell me anything. Dave and his wife were so patient and kind. Dave answered every question we had and never once did we feel like he was trying to get us to buy anything if we weren't sure about it. We went in with a specific brand in mind, he told us all about them and showed us comparable brands. He spent plenty of time with us and made sure we got what we were looking for. They were so helpful when it came time to choose a mattress that best fits my needs. Very patient with me as i cant make up my mind and also very respectable!
The sales guy talked down to me the entire time. From the moment I walked in the door he was extremely unfriendly & unwelcoming. I’d rather spend more somewhere else than deal with such poor customer service.

This place was fantastic! Dave and Judy know there's stuff. They are some of the friendliest people to deal with when making an important purchase. They were incredibly helpful, I will never go anywhere else. They are highly recommended and I will come back here next time to buy that King. The delivery professionals were prompt and on time and they are really nice people too. I highly recommend Mattress USA
