Try yourself ! I used their services at times and I am not impressed by it. They were not on time for pick-up some times and really early some times and switching on the meter for waiting. The drivers I met were not friendly and at times a little rude and are not easy to move. The good thing is they are available 24 hours and 7 days a week.
Just as bad as any Yellow cab picked me up much later than they said, and were very rude on the phone. I was gonna be late for my flight and so I was forced to call another cab company. I'll never call them again.
Good The wait is never very long,the drivers are curtious and helps you with your packages and will take a shorter way to go,if you know a better way,so the meater does not run up.
